The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was unbelievable and should have 1 Star.
The weather was a little warm and the air conditioning cannot be set below 19C. However, they did provide me with a portable unit which helped.

location: the hotel was near to the centre of breda, the center of breda, right next to the grote kerk and het centrum. there was an in-house restaurant nearby. we booked tastefully decorated and new-fashioned room with a very big jacuzzi, private terrasse and rose petals. having a shower, a hairdryer, and soft bathrobes was a bonus.

within short walking distance to grote markt. you can also visit sumo that offers excellent meals. we loved our stay here and would definitely book here again the hotel was really close to breda train station.

The room was fairly quiet and absolutely fantastic with fireplace and with smoke detectors for safety measures. A safe, a mini-bar, and a stone fireplace were available here too.

Charming hotel with a few hiccups
The breakfast buffet featured a good variety of fresh options, and the staff added a personal touch by ensuring everyone felt welcomed. I loved the unique decor and character of the rooms.
Unfortunately, the room felt a bit outdated and there were maintenance issues like a loose drain cover and the absence of a mini-fridge. Some noise from nearby festivities disrupted restful nights.

Popocatepetl, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Welcome base for vacation in Breda.

The spacious suite was a highlight. I experienced issues with the hot water in the shower was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the quality of breakfast but found the service inconsistent during peak times.

I love this hotel, beautiful rooms,clean room, and friendly staff.
Parking is far and the town is closed to vehicle traffic between 11am to 6pm. You must walk in with your luggage two blocks away.

Perfect hotel, very nice room and atmosphere, and location was very good. Very friendly staff. Restaurant was excellent.
